oh my god, i cant believe my chinese new year has officially past.. so soon.. okay, im back for work, my first day work after chinese new year was totally terrible, i cant help but keep thinking about the days i spent in my hometown, i consider myself depressed about starting work too soon after chinese new year... as soon as i realize i seriously need some laughters, a friend offered a movie session... thank god... so i went to watch '72 tenants of prosperity' it is totally crazily funny... if you need to laugh your ass off, this is the right movie.. but too bad i watched it in singapore and it has to be in mandarin... but im gonnna watch the original cantonese version again, definitely... it's gonna triple the laughters. okay gotta go.. catch up later

quick CNY updates at home

okay chinese new year was supposed to be very exciting, well up to this point of time, it is still exciting... except some accidents occurred.. in this case, these accidents are 1. the weather is fucking hot and it makes people sick, and it breaks me out.. it's rare that i have more than 1 pimple on my face at the same time, and im not talking about 2 pimples now, it's 3!!! fuck 3 pimples on my face? are you kidding me?? and a worse close second incident, i had some old classmate gathered at my house on the first day of chinese new year and we had some whisky, and god knows where one of my friend learn this brutal game from, which he gets me to guess whether the next card opened carries a bigger value as compared to the previously opened card.. if im right, im safe, if not, a small cup of whisky, but wait, not this simple okay, if a jocker is opened, i gotta drink 3 cups.. and so.. and fuck! my luck wasnt good so i drank more around 6 cups of whisky in one shot.. that's when i start getting blur and realized the amount of alcohol allergy rashes are growing... it grows as usual, so i didnt take it quite seriously as i will heal by itself, i mean as usual.. but we've left out an issue, the weather during chinese new year is extremely hot... and it worsen my rashes.. im going off to consult the doctor in a while.. and i cant even go and meet my friends i ipoh tomorrow... im so freaking sad now... and by the way, one thing to feel happy about, i made some money from new year gambling!!! wakaka... come to me and i'll buy u drinks...

Chinese new year is arriving in about a week time, and i think im perfectly in mood for chinese new year now.. i cant seem to find the reason, it's not about the ang-pau.. it's not about the food, it's probably about home and friends.. and probably beer... yeah.. :D ever since i work in singapore, going home has became very precious, if you know me, im totally a home girl, when i was in kl, i'll make my way home whenever i have the time and chance, it may be once every week... during the peak period when rickythepuppysweetie was new to home... so you'll see leaving home for work in singapore has always been a hard decision to make.. i miss home all the time... sometime i wish i can just work in my hometown, and forget about the salary, forget about the shopping centres which can be reached within a walking distance, the glam, and everything fabolous in a big city.. but for some reason i cant, i just need that much of money for that much of glam i desire... im a woman afterall.. :) ok talking about chinese new year, as what i've said in facebook, im all open for public, call me, visit me at home, ask me out, take me to you home, and whatsoever you can think of.. count me in... hmm preferably it's some ethical activities we are talking about... you get what i mean :) ok tata for now..

i cant recall, when was the last time i actually blogged at home... yes i mean home, my home in bidor, in my purplish-white colour painted room lying on my bed, looking up the ceiling, thinking nothing... what a day i've been longing for... it's rare that i can really stop thinking about everything in singapore, preciously rare.. but when it's time to head back, i cant help but to feel really really sad... i gotta leave home again... it's not that i hate going back to singapore it's just that there's too many things to face.. thing that really stress me out.. very much stressing me out.. i know i must deal with it.. it's basically the work that is stressing me out... i must confess that i feel stressed everyday.. not all day but... yeah everyday.. but i think it's okay as there's still sources of happiness.. weekends make me happy, friends make me happy, shopping makes me happy.. it's one of the few things that make me feel pretty, and aware that i have a smiley worn on my face.. and i believe with more exploration, smiley will be worn more and more often.. im sooo in good mood to join some NGO... hope i can take action very very soon.. and im meeting an old friend tomorrow, miss her very very much... it's gonna be a good day.. tata..

i've been soooo freaking busy everyday i dont have time for blogs, dont have time for facebook, dont have time for cafe world!!! i need some time, i need some space, i need some life... nah, i have life, disastrous life.. everything around me is a mess... my colleague just told me that my desk is also a disastrous mess.. ok i got it... but the case is everytime i cleaned it up it will end up being a mess just the next day.. so i dont see the point of cleaning it up again.. another disaster is the customers... they are totally crazy! TROUBLE!! TROUBLE let me tell you.. i dont understand how people could let someone waiting on the phone while they think... cant they think before they make the phone call?? obviously they cant.. ok then.. compromise.. well i'd like to talk about this for quite some time but yet again, i didnt have time, as im here today, i'll just blog about this.. :-D it's about Lindsay Lohan 's collaboration with Emanuel Ungaro last year end.. totally a disaster!! even the team from Emanuel think it this way.. wakaka.. let's see whether i can google some photos.. :D *i know i makes me sound evil.. whatever.. :p just a lil bit.. the glittering heart shape pasty is classy and legendary!

last week was very busy and it's all about the asia pacific food expo, and my company has quite a big booth so i will need to go and help out as a promoter, for the first time in my life... a promoter, it was totally a fun thing (for a few days), i got to meet so many different types of people and experienced some of their hmmm... behavior.. keke... well u know it can be a nuisance as a promoter.. i met people who will point one particular pie out of hundreds other… and say ‘I want this nicer looking one, don’t gimme the ugly one’ (you get what I mean...) and hell yeah, they all taste the same… god these people.. and there are people who comes back after purchasing some product and ask for a change just because they wan a freshly baked one, but in fact what they have bought was baked before this batch they wan to exchange just a moment ago.. and wtf I saw them touched the pie with their hands before they come over to ask for an exchange!! God these people.. swt.. of coz there are cool people who will just go ok with what they have.. not as needy.. huh!! And hey I got something cool from the other exhibition hall, it was mph’s warehouse sales and I got ‘it’s just a date’ from Greg Behrendt, the co-author for the best selling ‘he’s just not that into you’ and I love that!! OMG I had 2millions words to blog but now I totally forgot bout them.. darn.. ok then..

updates and Bidor Half Marathon 2009

dear all, sorry that i've not been updating myself for so long, i was all busy all lazy.. nothing much special to update about, im still in Bidor home sweet home, taking a break as i tell everybody, and the break is like going a lil too long now, so im about to make a move.. let me do some planning.. ok what i've done since my last post, well i actually deleted my last post featuring a desert i've made, i dont know, the photos just came to hurt my eyes lately.. so i deleted it.. ok, after my last post, i actually went to malacca with friends, photos can be found in my facebook profile (if u are interested to see.. :-P) and another special event worth mentioning, the Bidor Half Marathon 2009 which was successfully held on 26th April 2009.. yes i know the news is late, and it lost the news value of timeliness.. but yeah, it's worth mentioning, i was there as a volunteer, it's a community event, so meaningful, must get myself involved in it.. and best of all.. witness the whole event.. what is so special i feel about this event is, in the eye of me, a person who studied event management and campaign planning, and actually planned for events, this event might not be as perfect and as professionally done.. but i am truly impressed, it draws attention from almost everyone living in the small town and they are very happy to contribute, volunteer themselves to make this event happens.. the sense of unity impressed everyone, and it raise tears from the eye of a campaigner.. everyone is truly contributing for the success of the event, with no other 'intention' ... most of the volunteers are our aunties uncles and secondary school students.. with countless efforts, we come together preparing goodie bags for more than 1,600 participants, refreshments for the same great amount of participants.. joys and laughters filled every working moment.. when it comes to the big day, we did have things messed up, and i do appreciate the participants for being understanding and patient while problems are in the processing of being solved.. and i assure you, it was a sensation watching the kick-off of the whole event! i was there distributing goodie bags, certificates and medals.. we are not talking about some expensive goods and medals, but it sparkles in the eyes of every participant who have completed their run... im looking forward to the same event next year! i may have missed some important parts, so it'll be better for you to look it at youself.. if you are interested to look at some photos taken during the marathon, here you go http://bidorun.multiply.com/ there are a great amount of photos awating..

i am back to blog, have i been missed? i am in my home sweet home, doing nothing, just watch TV, online, and cook everyday.. my cooking skill has been very well polished, it's the only thing i am expecting to do everyday.. apart from my everyday routine, i have something special to do starting this coming friday, so my parents will be off to bangkok this friday with friends, and they requested me to go to my uncle's shop just to accompany my uncle's daughter while she is working in the shop alone, just for a few days, while my parents are back from bangkok, i will be heading off to kl, then malacca for a 2 days trip with friends, who tastes like aged scotch whisky.. i am looking forward to it, as i spent quite some time planning for it.. but to be frank, i am totally not interested in those ancient hostorical places, my friends is the only reason im there in malacca.. can anyone give some suggestion on what can i do in malacca? throughout the few weeks i have spent in my hometown, i am not totally in good mood.. i just feel soooo wrong, all different things come together that make me feel so wrong.. haiz.. nevermind, im gonna forget things and start enjoying my time in hometown, it's raining here almost everyday, i hate the rain!

hey hey hey hey.. im back into my blogging life.. i wasnt blogging because i had nothing special to blog about and im lazy.. and today, so special, today is the day i move everything from my KL home to my hometown, im done wt my advanced diploma in TARC earlier last month, so it's time to move my stuff back after CNY, lotz and lotz of stuff... lotz and lotz of cleaning up.. the cleaning process seriously pissed me off.. we have jessy's sis here helping out and things went so much smoother.. and she is sweet. before we actually leave kl, we hang out our best in kl and pj.. and had so much fun! put study aside, im quite ok with kl.. just the quality of the air, and the water.. you hardly get serenity in kl.. especially in my house... up infront of my condo is the forever-busy jln genting klang.. phew.. so where we went? i dont really remember.. just our usual and regular shopping+hangout spots and some new places like batu caves.. here im back in bidor and started to miss kl.. >.< everything in KL..

phew.. i consider my chinese new year is officially over, even they say we celebrate it for 15 days. but when friends left one after another, holiday becomes tasteless, chinese new year is pointless. so i end up blogging my way to end my sweet chinese new year... i had a wonderful chinese new year, friends are all gathered, we used to make our gathering once a year, but this year we had like 3 or 4 gathering, some with a huge gang, some with a few close friend. my friends came to my house everytime we gather, we spend quite much time talking, which i appreciate the most, i always say, friends and beer, what more can you ask for? but after all those fun gathering, there is always something you need to pay off, if u know me well, u know what alchohol always do to me, and worst of all, i stay in hometown longer than all of them, so i watch them leaving one by one.. that's sad.. i couldnt stop thinking about the great time we had.. so i think i should leave as well. let's spend some time planning.. hmm.. what else filled my chinese new year? food and angpaos.. it's chinese new year, u will get to see tons of new year snack in every chinese home.. i cant eat them all, so i persuade every of my visitor to clear up the snack i have.. that's my job, because i struggled for the snack to be bought.. and i finally learned that i dont really feel like eating, my mom is going to kill me for this.. so my guests can help me with it.. some of my friends complained that to visit me is to gain weight... anyone wants to gain some more weight? come to my house. i have variety of temptation here.. i didnt have much time with my lovely mahjong this year.. the mahjong kaki is busy.. haiz.. nvm we wait until next year le. i miss my friends.. i miss everyone.. happy chinese new year again!

chinese new year mode is on!

holler everyone.. im back from 18 years, finally, i should have updated my blog since few days ago, but i was too excited about finishing exam, picking up some new pieces for chinese new year, hanging out with friends, packing up everything for hometown, and finally taking the train back to hometown, when im arrived here in Bidor, i was busy cleaning up my room.. everything, i mean everything, is about chinese new year, im freaking excited about it, it's the reunion of every single part that contributes to the entire happiness of life, as what i always define chinese new year as. and after all those freaking moments to get ready for chinese new year, i return to the cyber cafe, for my long missed online game super dance online, it may sound a lil old to some other online gamers, but yeah, that's my happy memory, i miss it all the time. but hell yeah! it takes too long to update so i gave up with it.. kinda dissapointed.. sooo.. about chinese new year.. gonna have much people to meet, so these few days back in bidor, i spend most of my time doing skin care, just to look my best when im meeting my friends and relatives, well u know, i always enjoy being praised.. i scrub every night (if you wan to do this, be sure u scrub more gently than ever.. because u have less dead cells if you scrub everyday, im using st ives apricot scrub, the best scrub i have tried so far), and i had mask, an anti-aging mask i did, once in a while, we can indulge our skin with some rich anti aging products, just to prep and prime ourselves for aging. so i got my mom's mask which i dont even know the brand name, she got it from her beautician. so why dont we give it a try, turn out, the result is quite good, at lease it didnt break me out.. and it smoothen and soothing. if you have really oily skin, anti aging product might be too rich for you, it might break you out, but yet, it is super nutritious for your skin, my solution will be apply the mask thinner than you how used to do, maximum 15 minutes, then rinse off. the reason for making a thin application is because you dont want your skin to pick up too much of moisture, oily skin needs moisturizer, but not too over, and there should not be too much of rich moisturizer penetrated into young skin.. keep everything just nice, and you are good to go... stay pretty in chinese new year! holler everyone, it's gonna be a tough time for me again, because.... final exam near, very near.. i kinda feel the stress, because im not the kind of study-weeks-before-exam girl, i think i study hours before exam. i know this is not a good idea, but i just cant change... haiz.. through out this freaking period, the only thing pushes me forward is the coming chinese new year.. i am really excited with it.. family, friends, food, and alchohol.. every single portion to the entire happiness in life come altogether, just in chinese new year.. the result? negative effect to health and skin, well.. start backing yourself up for chinese new year.. drink more water, more healthy food, more green tea.. and i had fun shopping for new clothes, i had jessy with me walking through the whole big one-utama hunting for nice clothes, we hunt very through, you know, the inside out, upside down thing? ya, we do that thing.. never miss any not-to-be-missed. im kinda shocked that most of the designs of the clothes nowadays is quite similar for most of the shops.. hmm.. and pissed-off with french connection and zara, their sales is not impressive at all.. humph.. that's all. shall be back after my final exam.. it's gonna take around 18 years. ;-)

I have recently watched a video on YouTube regarding to healthy food for good skin, I find it very helpful and I am kinda health conscious. In consider of the food we are going to eat in the upcoming Chinese New Year may ruin our skin, we better prevent before our skin break out… so I think I should do something on healthy food here, as I am so crazy about having good skin. If you want to achieve flawless skin, persistence to healthy food is crucial. I have sorted out some food that are convenient for you to get in the local groceries stores in Malaysia, and best of all, good for your health. I will try to keep this post short and sweet, so that you get the most useful information in the simplest way. Here we go...

1. Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes are yummy, they are sweet and creamy. Besides, they are packed with nutrition and vitamins. They're loaded with carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin B-6, potassium, and fiber. And, they're fat-free and relatively low in calories. They firms and brighten your skin as well!

2. Apples

The food you eat to keep doctors away. They are packed full of antioxidants to prevent you from free radicals, it contains vitamin C for healthy skin and gums, you know what they say? one apple provides a quarter of your daily requirement of vitamin C. It helps lower blood cholesterol levels and keep the digestive system healthy.

3. Citrus fruit

Citrus fruit like oranges, lemons and limes are rich in vitamin C, lots and lots of vitamin C, folic acid, and fiber. And they taste very great. Besides, citrus fruits are great fighters to wrinkles!

4. Cherry tomatoes

Their tiny bodies are packed with with vitamin C and vitamin A, and you also get some fiber, some phytochemicals, and (finally) some flavor.. their bite-size shape makes them perfect for snacking, dipping, or salads

5. Broccoli

Oh i love broccoli, they are pretty and yummy, besides providing calcium, potassium, folate and fiber, broccoli contains phytonutrients, compounds that may help prevent diabetes, heart disease and some cancers. Broccoli contains the antioxidant beta-carotene and is also an excellent source of vitamin C. Besides, it helps to fight against wrinkles as well!

6. Spinach

Personally, i think spinach is gross.. but undeniably, i will say spinach is the best and the most nutritious vegetable ever.. it contains the most vitamins, like vitamin A, and it is a good source of calcium, folate, iron, magnesium, lutein, phytochemicals, riboflavin and vitamins B-6, K and C. The plant compounds in spinach may boost your immune system and help prevent certain types of cancer. So.. more spinach.. even though they are gross.. just a little gross..

7. Beans

The picture above shows edamame soybeans. But not only edamame soybeans are healthy, any beans i mean, yellow soybeans, red beans, and the list goes on. Beans are rich in antioxidants and red beans are supposed to be highest in antioxidants that will help replace the deteriorated collagen of the skin. The cute little beans also help to reduce cholesterol while providing excellent nutrition.

8. Cold water seafood- Salmon and Tuna

What makes cold water seafood so amazing is the omega 3 fats they contain. All fish is a source of good-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals, but oily fish such as salmon also contains omega 3 fats that reduce blood clotting and inflammation. Studies show that eating oily fish dramatically recues the risk of having a heart attack, even in older adults. Omega 3 fats also help to prevent depression, and protect against the onset of dementia.

9. Olives and olive oil

Olive oil is good for the heart, it helps lower bad cholesterol levels and increases the good levels.
Olive oil is also rich in antioxidants. While olives are rich in oleic acid and is a good emollient for skin.

10. Mushrooms

Dried mushroom is one of mum's favourite dishes during Chinese New Year. Fresh and dried mushrooms are also super nutritious. They are super heroes prevent us from cancer, and their antioxidants prevent you from aging as well!

11. Green tea

While all true teas contain EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate), the various types of green tea have the most. Green tea gives your skin a healthy dose of EGCG, which is a great multi-tasker. EGCG puts a damper on inflammatory chemicals involved in acne and sun-related skin aging; it also helps prevent skin cancer; and it has a lion-tamer effect on tumor cells. What’s more, green tea contains L-theanine, a de-tensing amino acid -- and anything you can do to staunch the flow of the stress hormone cortisol helps keep collagen fibers intact.

12. Oats

Oats are a common breakfast dish and are an excellent source of iron, dietary fiber and thiamin. They also contain antioxidants that are believed to protect the circulatory system from diseases such as arteriosclerosis, which affects the arterial blood vessel.

13. Brown rice

Brown rice or white rice? The process that produces brown rice removes only the outermost layer, the hull, of the rice kernel and is the least damaging to its nutritional value. The complete milling and polishing that converts brown rice into white rice destroys 67% of the vitamin B3, 80% of the vitamin B1, 90% of the vitamin B6, half of the manganese, half of the phosphorus, 60% of the iron, and all of the dietary fiber and essential fatty acids. Fully milled and polished white rice is required to be "enriched" with vitamins B1, B3 and iron. So smart babies choose the one that benefits you the most!

Last but not least, to have great skin, you need to stay happy, to stress out is to break out!

holler all, i'm here delivering a small little update all the way from Bidor my home sweet home, i have been back from exactly the xmas itself... and will be leaving in new year.. phew... leaving home during new year, it sounds suckz huh? no no no.. after my exam in kl, i will become a full-time home baby spending the rest of my life in bidor.. opps.. sounds a lil serious, haha.. it will happen only if i marry to the richest man in the world and became tinsley mortimer the second, in addition to the rich hubby, she has a rich daddy as well.. huahaha..day dreaming.. well people, im doing very good in bidor, and i had a sweet outing with my bffs, rae has a more detailed update on the outing itself, so check that out, if you are interested to know, we went to the only tourist spot in bidor, which is a not-fun-at-all waterfall... it becomes fun when u are there gossiping with your frens.. so of coz, we had fun.. and there is a picture of me having to afraid that my natural and bare face will be seen by the whole world, and have the people horrified before the next halloween comes.. so i covered my face up.. but anyway, it is still me.. i am super plain and ordinary in hometown, you might not realize that it was me, if you happen to see me around in bidor.. i usually go out in the shorts and t-shirt i wear when i sleep.. and no blow dry on my hair when i wake up, it's like im attending some hideous-looking young girls convention. haha.. but no problem, i like to be in that way.. nobody is coming to point their fingers at me and tell me 'lee clarine you have no style and no sense of fashion huh?'.. so it's not a problem.. im going out with the same attire tomorrow.. huahaha.. so tomorrow would be a lil busy, i will go to the banks and have some settlements, then going for a hair styling, then another outings with the girls at night, a lil nervous that the hair styling will go beyond my expectations.. you will never know what the hair stylist will suggest when the mood and inspiration strike.. so pray to ... who? i dont know.. so i got to go now.. till then..

How's my Christmas?
My Christmas is so far so good... :-)
i had a not so bad christmas eve in bukit bintang playing with crazy snowy spray with people i do not know.. wishing them a merry xmas by putting that spray on them.. of coz i got striked back.. but nevermind, im into it.. hehe..
hmm.. nobody gave me a xmas pressie.. so this poor little thing clarine bought herself one lo.. hehe..
but i think santa rewards me by giving me this precious chance, for getting a bottle of anna sui fragrance at a 50% off price.. they are doing a xmas promotion for this particular fragrance named Dolly Girl lil starlet..
hmm.. i changed the ringtone of my cellphone to mariah carey's 'all i want for christmas is you', so i will assume my xmas wish will be 'all i want for christmas is you' as well..
i got rewarded again, by getting to be clear about some misunderstanding happened earlier with a certain dear fren of mine, or close fren, or best fren? whatever u wan to call it, i got things clear in this christmas.. i am quite happy with it.. even it might not be something healthy for me.. :-P
and finally, been suffered travelling from genting kelang to kl sentral, from kl sentral to puduraya, from puduraya finally arrive bidor my home sweet home.. i thought i could take the train, but all tickets are sold out, so i travel all the way to pudu, for that same old edaran bus.. just to get myself bec in hometown this christmas.. well i dont have some crazy grand celebration here, but i just want to come back.. that's all, going downstairs to meet my mom.. ciaoz..

Anna Sui Deep Cleansing Oil

holler, as mentioned in my previous post, i'm back here with a review on the new cleansing oil i just got yesterday, it's Anna Sui Deep Cleansing Oil, it is quite a new product from Anna Sui, the older version of their cleansing oil used to come with a different container, which is a transparent one, and it is peony scented, while the latest cleansing oil from Anna Sui is rose scented. the rose scented one is the mainreason why i chose the newer version instead of choosing the peony scented one, because i have other product from Anna Sui which is also peony scented, but i dont find myself like the scence very much, rose is better, rose is amazing! when it comes to the performance of the product, i find it as great as Shu Uemura High Performance Balancing Cleansing Oil that i used to be using. The texture of both of the products is very smooth and easy to be blended, one of the different parts of these products is that how they melt our mascara, Shu Uemura usually melt the fibre of the mascara in order to remove it from our lashes, while Anna Sui actually peel the fibre first, then melt it when you further massage, so it feels kinda funny to have touched the fibre before it melts.. but the cleansing result is really good, both of them. every type of cleansing oil must not be used with water when it first touches your face, you massage and remove your make up by using only the cleansing oil itself, when you feel you are good to go, then you add in some water to further massage, here is where i find Anna Sui's texture is different from Shu Uemura. when the oil get contact with water, it will transform into some cleansing milk, Shu Uemura has the richer texture as compared to Anna Sui, so you feel smoother after using Shu Uemura cleansing oil, that's when you just use the oil itself, without cleaning your face again using your facial foam, most of the cleansing oil in the market claims that after using that particular cleansing oil, you do not need to clean your face again using any facial foam, but i definately recommend cleaning your face again with your facial products, to achieve the deep cleansing result, i like the feeling of being total matte, so it's totally up to you. the Anna Sui cleansing oil comes in 200ml, while the Shu Uemura is 150ml (another size is like 400ml if im not mistaken), but Anna Sui is doing RM1 cheaper than Shu Uemura. Both of the products are also recommended, but i definately recommend cleansing oil rather than make up remover in liquid form, to be frank, you need to be more patient in using cleansing oil as it doesnt immediately remove your make up, but it definately clean up better than make up remover, and you need only 2-3 pumps for the whole face, which i think very practical.. the cleaning step is important to everyone who put on make up on their face, so choose the right and good make up remover. that's basically all i want to say about my new cleansing oil, hope this is helpful. here i have some pictures..

dear all, i am back from another 18 years, it's been ups and downs since my last post.. i was busy with assignments and campaign, and suddenly everything needs to stop as i was defeated by a cutie tiny little mosquito.. soooooo lucky.. with hundreds, thousands, and millions of unwillingness, i left alone everything here to my group mates and go back to hometown for a break, well not really a break as i have works in my mind. credit given to my team who have done a great job when i was away, i am proud of them and sorry of not being with everyone during the crazy moment. i let my spirit to be here even it wasnt helpful.. keke.. talking about being sick, it makes me feel so weak, i am scared everytime a nurse come over for a blood test, because the result has never seem to be satisfying, i was wondering how long do i still need to be there with the drips, which seems as lonely as me.. but it's over now, i dont care! i am not going back to the hell! but here, i'd like to express my gratitude to everyone who has sent their precious regards to me in many forms, thank you all, i can feel it! And people, the once-dethroned queen is back in town! i am still that bitch that u used to know.. huahahaa.. will be head off to get a new bottle of cleansing oil, and will be back with a review and compare it with my Shu Uemura cleansing oil, stay tuned!

spending almost whole day on the internet doing nothing.. just dont want to start my assignment... deadline is 2molo.. and i have no idea on how to get it done.. it is killing me.. furthermore, i cant concentrate.. how am i going to finish reading those paper so that i can get my assignment done correctly? i have no idea.. what's in my mind? i dont know.. tonight is going to be another sleepless night... i am moving slowly now.. moving very slowly.. cant believe this is me.. ok, i must not care about anything.. nothing is going to distract me from living my life in my desired way.. i control, not controlled.. i command lee clarine to wake up and do things that she supposed to be doing. stop thinking about nonsense.. and off from the internet now! yes NOW!

I think December is a month of Wedding, i just received some invitations from friend and relatives. Hmm.. ya wedding, i bet every single girl in this world has some expectation towards their wedding, dont tell me that you have never thought of your wedding, you are lying, i'm considering to tell this to your mom! Well, i do have some expectation towards my wedding, if i have a wedding.. ok.. I'm going to tell you what will be my expected wedding later in this post. to certain extend, i personally agree that to fall in love make someone feel stupid. especially girls, no matter how smart a girl used to be, she is just dumb when she fell in love. isnt it funny? do you girls realized about this fact? or you have been avoiding this question? let me point out some facts, that everyone knows, but resists to face. when you fall in love, you behave differently, you do things that you once swear to yourself that you will never do. romance find its way to get into your thought, even you didnt find it important in life. you go as sensitive as to be over-reacted to song lyrics, news, and even advertisement tagline... you think, think, think of something crazy all the time, until u cant concentrate on works and studies. you realized how serious things can be if you keep behaving in this way, but you find no way to avoid it, no solutions.. when you are happy, you give a certain meaning to everything you see.. when you are down, you hate everything you see.. those are what i can think of, up until now. if you find falling in love make you smarter, you will be my idol! hehe..

greetings!!! my very first time talking about LOVE in this blog.. hmm.. if you expect me to talk about my experience in love here, i'm afraid that i might dissapoint you.. come to me in person if you are that interested to know.. haha.. what's so mysterious was that, some of my friends around me thought i dont fall in love... so mean.. made me feel like i'm a piece of wood or something.. but yet.. nothing about me in love.. here.. now.. so, by looking at the title, ordinary people thought i received a love letter and going to show it to the world, dont be silly.. who are still writing love letters nowadays? do you? i dont.. everyone's going for love e-mail, love sms, love phone calls.. but it's interesting to read love letters written hundred years ago, this letter that i'm going to show, is filled with love, you feel the love within, it's written by Beethoven, if you are a fan of Sex and The City, part of this letter is actually quoted in the movie. here we go..

Hi, i have discovered a great album that i must do a review, there may already be tons of reviews out there about this album, because this is just super nice! for your information, i'm a big music person, i'm very critical when it comes to music, i dont really listen to much of pops, as you can see and hear from a playlist on your right hand side, those are basically what i listen to, most of the time, definately not main stream. of coz, i listen to pop as well, when i really fall in love in that particular song, which i see effort in it. okay, the album that i'm going to review, 为你而活- 神木与瞳, a new group formed by 2 participants of Million Star 2 (not sure about the correct english translation to the show), Yuming the winner, and Jane the most popular girl in the show itself, i must say that i love their voice, so special, so significant, and best of all, so rock! that little roughness in a detailed love song is most appreciated, inherently charming voice they have. when it comes to the really rock and roll songs, they performed perfectly. reviewing from the aspect of song composing, not as great as the singer, the ideas of some lyrics are a little too tacky, to be critical.. but overall is acceptable. it somehow touches people's heart when it is sung by Y2J (神木与瞳). i personally love 爱在末日前, haha.. sound a bit tacky too.. but it touches my heart. try listen to this album, if you have listened to some of their songs from the radio, try listening to the rest in this album also, i'm sure it will be surprising, for young singers to perform this well!

my vacation is officially ended, and i'm back in KL, pheew.... i dont like it, i can feel the stress awaiting when i first step in KL. i went to school 1 week later than everyone in class, coz i need to go to a friend's wedding! she is the first married, blissed girl in my diploma class, and i'm super happy for her! as i come back to KL, i need to start working on assignments, thesis and presentation.. haiz.. i'm not happy... oh ya! birthday! i celebrated my birthday in kl, i thought i could celebrate it in my hometown with my family, but nevermind, i have my friends here in KL, on the day itself, we had good time in Green Box, and thanks to the Green Box staff for giving me a 'birthday gift', he was sweet. and best of all, thank everyone for the non-stop greetings, friendster, facebook, sms and phone calls.. love it!

holleeerrrrr... 2009 is 3 more months from now, as tradition, most of the fashion designers should had released their Spring collection for 2009. so what i'm gonna do now, is to abstract some of the shows that i find great, and show u some photos here! excited? i'm excited!! i have 3 parts to show actually, coz there are tooo many designers to show. this post today is gonna show you the spring 2009 collection all the way from Paris! as you know, there are a huge amount of shows there in Paris, so i will just get part of them, and show some of the photos, maybe 5 for each designer, unless i love that collection too much.. hehe, of coz, the photos i'm gonna show do not represent the whole collection, because the creativity in fashion is unlimited! 1 will never represent all. so... look at the photos, i promise, they gonna be awesome!

sorry but i really couldn't get a more proper photo of Serena Van Der Woodsen ( played by Blake Lively) in this pretty dress. This is one of the gorgeous dresses appeared in Gossip Girl series, but i find nothing more impressive than this dress which was worn by Serena at the White Party. The dress is from Oscar De La Renta, one of Hollywood celebrities' favorite designers. Isn't this gorgeous?? Blake Lively carry this elegant goddess- like dress in a young way! and the hair- do is elegant as well! love it!!

harlew... yes, i've been missing in action for pretty long.. what was on my schedule since my last post? nothing much but fren's wedding! nothing sweet but friends gathering!! omg.. my gathering with secondary school classmates and my lovely bff was really sweet, we had lots of chit-chat, talk about the past, share the present and expect the future, together i mean! i appreciate everytime we meet, it was sooooooooo sweet!! i start missing them just by the time we say goodbye..

well it's sem break, i'm having my lovely vacation here, but as Gossip Girl said, sex, lies and scandal never take a vacation. hey! Gossip Girl is back! the story continues, i'm a huge fan of Gossip Girl, thanks to fresh coz i got GG's season 1 from her, i was catched by the story when the series first started, but i never had a chance to watch it, up until i got the first season from fresh! CW started to air the second season on the beginning of september, but i was having my exam, never really have time to watch it; now that i'm on vacation! of coz i'm gonna watch it again!! i'm starving for it!! going to watch episode 5 when it is available! looking forward to it!

what else do i do during sem break? oh a lot! i sleep a lot, eat a lot, and cook a lot, i look for recipes online, the last masterpiece of mine.. famous shanghai cuisine- 锅贴, i dunno what is it called in english.

oh my god, cant believe i gone through another tough semester! *oh my god*x100... and i came back to my lovely hometown, starting my vacation here.. i call this a vacation okay?? it's damn precious.. if i'm not here in my hometown, i cant imagine how long it would take for me to just update my blog a bit.. sooo do i have any plan? hmm.. i have some ideas running through my head, but i'm not gonna tell now, coz it's not confirmed yet, i dunno whether i'm making my ideas come true, so just see how it goes. i might just spend my holiday considering whether to turn ideas into actions. i seriously need a break after crazy exam papers, i can feel it, i will fail my psychology paper, haiz.. so.. i will start persuading myself, failing in exam is not a big matter, at least i didnt fail in life.. hehe.. so old-fashioned huh? as usual, after exam, i will go for some crazy shopping, not to say crazy la, just shop for whatever i need. immediately after my last exam paper, i rush back to my house to groom up and go out to meet a long missing friend, and her friends, it was a nice gathering. one thing to complain, as i started my blog monthssss back, i used to tell you that i'm a gourmet right? so, a perfect lunch plays its crucial role in friends gathering, i didnt get to choose a restaurant, as i was having exam on that day, so i place this mission on my friend's shoulders, they will choose a restaurant, so then, they chose Dain Ti Hill which is located at Pavilion, i wanted to have a try here for quite long, just that i didnt have a chance, so i had one during this gathering, i was quite happy that they chose Dain Ti Hill, the interior is nice. while in fact, the atmosphere is sucks to the max.. i cant accept it, how can we have our meal while the sounds of "ching ching chang chang" keep polluting our hearing! the sounds actually came from the kitchen which is set so nearby the dining area. haiz.. headache, and the food.. is super dissapointing, the way it looks and the facts are not always equal.. this saying was once again proven.. pheewww.. after this, i will never suggest to go to this place.. to anyone.. unless people suggest to me lo.. i'm flexible.. :-) so i went for shopping, got myself some new stuffs, to release my stress during exam.. shopping keeps me awake, coz i did not actually slept on the day before my gathering, busy studying.. dont try to praise me coz i'm hardworking, if i'm hardworking, i should have started my revision weeks or months before the exam, in fact, i actually started to revise in about 15 hours before i actually sit in for exam.. -swt- so go back to shopping.. of coz i brought you guys some haute stuffs.. or this is not lee clarine. soooo...

here comes the haute stuffs...

First and foremost, my Paul and Joe foundation is going to be finished, so it's time for me to get a new foundation, trust me, you can spend more on foundation, instead of spending on high end eye make up products, because eye make up products will not last long, you are going to throw it away after 6 months, to avoid your eyes from bacteria infection. as for foundation, you can use it for a year, with good care. what i mean by with good care? okay, most of the compact powder nowadays allows you to wear it wet to get different result, usually you get better coverage by wearing it wet, but if you do so, you need to carefully wait until the powder is totally dried, so that the bacteria will not stay on your powder, and you need to wash your sponge after everytime you used it, this is how you use it with care. so, how do i find this foundation? this is Extreme UV Protection Control Powder Foundation from Chanel, it is said to be long lasting and good in oil control, fyi, i have very oily skin, so i usually go for oil control cosmetics. the texture of the powder is super fine, it somehow controls oil when it is worn with a sponge, my skin is super oily, so i didnt expect it to totally absorb the oil on my face, for me, it did its job, when i wear it with my Estee Lauder Double Wear Light Fluid Foundation, the result is so much better, as in lasting. i will tell you more about the EL later. For lighter application, wear it with a brush, just a tiny bit of this foundaton, you get to even up your skin tone. (there is a sudden black out at this time in my hometown, no electricity, luckily i'm using my laptop, it didnt affect my blogging.. but t affects my modem la.. but dont worry, it gets well in a short while)

ok up next, i have my Estee Lauder Double Light fluid foundation, the is a newly launched product from EL, i just saw it from a magazine, its selling point is super long lasting, it is said to be lasting for 15 hours, was kinda wowed... okay.. i decided to try this out.. the result, as it says, long lasting. but i didnt wear it for 15 hours la.. i will not allow cosmetics to stay on my skin for that long.. so i didnt get to prove whether it can last up to 15 hours.. to be frank, it's kinda weird when it is worn alone, so pair it with your compact powder or loose powder, to get another flawless result.

next, i got myself some brushes at the Beauty Expo8, it was held in PWTC, i went in and just walk around, i didnt buy any of the skin care products as i was really broken.. haha.. so i just brought these brushes, for RM148, which i think really unexpensive, coz we usually get a kabuki brush for like RM120++, just because it is Beauty Expo8, the price was half cut... and the quality is great. the top 1 is a kabuki brush, then you have a blush brush, and the bottom 1 is a concealer brush. they are made for mineral make up, but i dont bother to get myself mineral make up la.. i think i mentioned, i love chemical, i love to be chemical coated.. haha.. crazy.. i wanted to get a kabuki brush for quite long, just that those that i saw was too expensive, i hearted m.a.c's buffer brush (which is the same as a kabuki brush), but they are crazily expensive, and i was so broken.. so when i met these brushes at this price.. hmm... they somehow touched my heart.. soooo worth it!!

last but definately not the very least, this group is the most luxurious among all!! well i'm a customer for Chanel, they kept my profile since i first purchase their products, and weeks before, they sent me this promotional material telling me that i can actually redeem a sample set of their latest launched luxurious skin care range, Sublimage, which is an anti-aging range. the cream itself costs RM900++ man... so kiasu la me.. must go and redeem a set for myself.. (for my mom in fact).. of coz la.. what is valued customer? i paid you so much for your products, of coz you need to give me some repay ma.. clever Chanel! -love love- so after i get my foundation from Chanel, i just redeem a set of sample from the sales assistant, and she was so kind in telling me that this range is not suitable for me as a young girl (she told me after she get me the sample la, dont misunderstand her.. she was okay..), but as i told you, i have been so kiasu this time! so i was still taking it, then i told her, my mom will try it out. besides the sample set, i should had got a demo on the products, but the products are not for me, so i dont mind if i didnt get it (hmm.. i wasnt that kiasu indeed.. hehe).. so after getting to know the correct procedures of using them, i walked away with a samples set that worth hundreds (sample nia).. i just gave it to my mom, an aunty with great skin at her age (she uses even more luxury skin care products compared to me..), and she just tried it out, according to her experience, she feels so moistured, the products are riched, and i can notice the impressive glow after she applies the products, the skin texture is even more fine and smooth. they smells great too (just as all other Chanel skin care products), the smell is relaxing.. . the key ingredient used in the range is PLANIFOLIA PFA, Chanel says it is an exceptional powerful ingredient to act on the factors essential for beautiful skin. they used powerful.. powerful.. imagine the chemical reaction.. powerful.. dont sue me for saying chemical.. i didnt mean the product is chemical... hehe..

wow.. this post is long enough.. headache, coz i usually revise my post to check for errors, how do i revise it this time? pheeew...

Happy Birthday Dad!

Way back on last saturday (13th August), after the last challenge in Crisis Management tutotial, i tried my very best to rush back to my hometown, why was i rushing back? it was because of the most important man in my life, i used to label him as the man who made (is making) my every single dream comes true, my dad! it was his birthday, we had a very warm birthday party at a restaurant in Teluk Intan, we actually set up a small banquet for my parents' dear friends. it was warm and sweet. i have some photos taken on that day. here we go.

WOW! my dad had 3 birthday cakes man! i got him the biggest one, which is a black forest, and his friends got him 2 more, which are choco banana and a cheese cake. i told you, my parents' friends are sweet! (another not so related topic: my make up on the day, i spent quite some time on it, i was so proud of my make up, i earn lots of praise! hehe.. thanks to the amazing Dr. Feel Good and High Beam from Benefit!!)

Scandals

I was so in love with Gossip Girl, a drama series. Gossip Girl is the one and only source of Manhattan City elites' scandals. but recently, i realize that you dont just see scandals in big cities like Manhattan, there can also be scandals in a small town like my hometown. i didnt mean that there will be no big things happened in small towns, but i can rarely see things turn into scandal here, coz people dont disclose their big secrets, and they dont let it becomes scandal. But, i have this girl here, which was spreading her big secrets around, and turning it into scandal, a girl in her 15. what has she done? similar to Edison Chen's case, this young girl took pictures of herself, wearing the Emperor's new clothes, which is nothing, make it simple for you to further understand, Naked. something differs this case from Edison's, this girl did not lost her pc (nor cell phone, coz she used a cell phone to capture the photos), instead, she spread these pictures by herself. can you imagine? how can a girl do this to herself? is she even educated? yes she is. i just dont understand, why cant people think of consequences before they make a decision? i heard that she is proud of the photos. i start thinking back, what cause this happens, was it because of the media? we have been taught enough about negative impacts of the media, but people, why does the media needs to bear the whole lot of responsibility for giving bad impacts to your kids, if you dont even educate them well. i'm starting to consider whether i should be giving birth in the future, i should really evaluate myself, am i good enough to educate a children? i think many people need to do so. it's time for you to think people! i'm not talking too much on this matter.

beginners' make up kit

hooray people! i'm really happy today! because.. i'm back in my hometown!! finally!! after months.. and i'm happy because i officially finished with all my assignments in this semester. you know, assignments always drive people crazy! i couldnt go back to my hometown because of assignment, i couldnt do proper research on a blog entry that i really desperate in doing.. which is this one.. beginners' make up kit.. i seriously wanted to do this, because i love make up, and i would love my friends to be in love with make up too! a friend of mine told me, beauty is 20% natural, 80% make up, which i find really true! i used to be uncertain when i started my lifetime career, which is make up, so i hope that i can apply my personal experience to you people! just to share! i see lotz of babes out there spending money on things that are not that useful, i feel quite sorry about it! let's see what we can do.

so, my very first subtopic on beginners' make up kit, "does my cosmetics need to be branded and expensive?" Apparently no girls, the money you pay for branded cosmetics actually went for their packaging and shops rental, this is a fact. feel free to try things out before you purchase, no matter in drugstores or counters, testers are made for you to try, so just try them. experience the product personally, you will know whether you should buy it. but dont be fooled with the packaging babes, see the packaging as nothing, product first! as we used to emphasize on 'inner beauty' isnt it?

talking about drugstore brands, i have to admit we rarely get very good drugstore brands here in malaysia, as compared to other countries like US. not to say local brands are sucks, i'm not looking down upon 'malaysia boleh' products, but i'm talking about the selections, we dont see many huh? so limited. despite the limitation, i can still name some nice drugstore brands, like L'Oreal, Maybelline, Revlon, and one more, i cant recall the name, omry or omly? it's OM something la, sorry that i cant recall, and i couldnt search it online also. so try to find out by yourdelf k? i actually tried out those drugstore products, they are good, you can basically go for everything from L'Oreal, Maybelline, and Revlon, as for OM something, the only product that i would recommend is their eyeshadow, the eyeshadows are pigmented, the colours are pretty too. so try them out! there are some local drugstore cosmetics brands that you need to be caution in choosing, for instance those crazy pallettes you can found in W, your personal stores. you get what i mean? why i said so? because those pallettes are made not for prolonged usage. so becareful!

So beginners, check out my recommendation on what should be ready in your make up kit!

Foundation
you dont really need a heavy foundation for beginners, you use foundation just to even up your skin tone. if you have really flawless skin, you can just use some tinted moisturizer. you dont need a whole set of foundation from liquid, loose, to cake. it will be too complicated to you, what i would recommend is, get yourself a foundation cake, it is close to multipurpose, preferably 2 way cake, cause you can apply it wet for different effects. if you have spots on your face, you can get yourself a concealer, just to conceal the spot itself. you should be done for foundation!

Maybelline Angelift foundation

Eye Shadow
There are some must have eye shadows colours for you beginners, which are brown and black. they are basically suitable for all events! use them correctly, you can play around elegant look, formal look and even that dramatic look! your black and brown shadow can also used as your liner, and you can use them to fill in your brow also. besides, you also need a light colour, for example white and champaign, preferably shimmer ones, just to highlight your brow bones and inner corners, they can also get your shadows on the eye lids stand out!

Eyeliner
this is also another must have, you use it to brighten up your eyes. a black eyeliner for brightening, a white eyeliner to make your eyes bigger! what type of eyeliner? for beginner, i would recommend crayon or kohl pencil, they are easier to handle. a small tip, if you cant draw your eyeliner perfectly, dont worry, use a Q tip (or cotton bud, whatever you want to call it) to smudge you liner up, here comes another light and natural smokey look!

Mascara
i dont even need to mention about mascara right? ya, mascara is a magic tool, your eye make up means nothing without mascara! i would need to urge you to choose mascara that will not smear, or you will look really clumsy! your mascara should be stopped using after half a year from the day you open it, because bacteria tends to start growing in you mascara after too much of exposure to the air, and your eyes will be infected! just as your contacts, you need to keep them clean. before applying mascara, curl your lashes with an eyelash curler, to make it perfect!

Blush
you need blush to lighten up your cheeks, get some natural colours that suits all looks. there is nothing much i can tell about blush actually, maybe another little tip for your cheeks. when you want to locate the part that you should apply your blush, just smile, till you see your apples on the face, that is the place, drag up if you have round shaped face, or stay in the middle for other shapes of face. as for bronzing, say "woh", locate your bronzer at the indent!
Revlon Brush

choose your lip colour by looking at your eye make up, there should only be one focus on your face, the eye, or the lips. lip gloss or lip stick, choose whatever you like, a natural colour is a must have. you will also need a lip balm, just to moisture up your lips, guys will not want to kiss on peeling lips! :-)

brushes are definitely optional, but personally, i love to use brushes. you can choose to use your fingers to apply your eyeshadows, but your fingers cant do blending and contouring, i find brushes more delicate! there are some must have brushes, if you want me to name them. an angled blush brush, an hard angled brush for eye liner and to fill up your brows, a fluffy eyeshadow brush which can do almost everything for eyeshadows, and a blending brush to blend out and shade out eye colour.

after all, you definately need a make up remover, you need to clean up nice! appreciate the 20% natural beauty! ;-P

i think that's basically it's for beginners, you dont really need much, you will gradually find out what you actually need. those products in picture are my recommendation, most are inexpensive, just to let you try out! go for branded products if you like, but better after you are skilled enough in make up, just dont waste your money. if you want me to recommend branded products, i afraid that there will be bias; i bought this product at this high price, for sure i will be bias on it! you will get what i mean!

The trend is in change

i'm here today to basically talk about a new term in the fashion industry, i'm not sure if you have heard about that, "Masstige"! this term appears quite often in local magazines recently, so i was thinking.. to blog about it! it's something really worth to learn people!

Masstige is actually a marketing term meaning downward brand extension. (as described in Wikipedia :-P) this term was popularized by Michael Silverstein and Niel Fiske in their book "Trading Up", which was first published in 2003, the revised version is published in 2005, dont expect me to tell you what the book is about, sorry but I DONT KNOW!

Okay, let's go back to Masstige, it is formed by the words "Mass" and "Prestige", it has been described as prestige for the masses. Masstige products are described as "premium but attainable". so i will say it is something luxury yet affordable by the masses.

Fashion wise, (of coz fashion wise, you thought i'm gonna tell you marketing? come on...). do you notice? what was the trend that you see? high ends? luxuries? i didnt say it was wrong! you are more than correct! that was the trend! clever babez.. we used to think that luxury, high ends products reprsents class, and it reflects trend! women go for vintage, as you can see, high in percentage, most of those "trendy" women in bukit bintang usually carry a Louis Vuitton monogram tote. when everybody thought that was the trend, they tend to share the same 'style'! which i dont see this quite positively! when you are part of the trend, you end up wearing nothing special, no taste, no style. this is what happen when everyone see high-ends as a trend. women in middle income range try their very best to save their salary for a Louis Vuitton Monogram. maybe other brand, hmm.. one more example, did you notice the trend when brand like Coach first land in Malaysia? Juicy Couture maybe.. i guess you can imagine that!

Enough for background stories, go back to Masstige again, Masstige advocates to use both high-end and mid market products to create your own style, instead of following people's style. ladies, we need to believe that high-end or luxury isn't symbolize style and trend. a very good example, legendary fashion icon Madonna, appeared in party wearing her RM200 Zara, with her deginer's handbag.

Many retail companies have their Masstige marketing strategy to attract people. successful example, H&M, they work with famous designers to participate in their line, which is a mid market line, they worked with Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Viktor & Rolf and Madonna. A lot more are coming i believe. up next, super popular in Malaysia, Kate Moss for Topshop, Adidas vy Stella McCartney.

in conclusion, dont see high-ends as the only style you can be, create your own style, use both high end and mid market products, do good mix and match, mid-market products can be in good quality as well!

Marchesa is a brand established by British born Georgina and Keren who met each other in Chelsea College of Art and Design in London. Finally, the long waited Sex and the City movie is in cinemas. I'm a huge fans of Sarah Jessica Parker, and i loved Sex and the City drama series, but i didnt get chances to watch it often. it means more than a drama or a movie for me, the drama was the first u.s drama that i've watched, i was impressed by the young ladies, their passion to fashion.. and their spirit to it.. imagine, if you are being snatched, will you chase back the snatch thief for your pairs of Monolo Blahnik? carrie will! i will! if i have one. for me, the spirit is glamorous, luxurious, elegant, fabulous, and intelligent. which i wanted, all the time. well this movie is not only about haute stuffs, it's about love also. LOVE is presented in such a humorous yet impressive way. you revise what is LOVE while you are watching the movie. i do.. for big fashion fans like me.. you will definately love the movie.. for a 'surface' fashion lover (as in recognizing a brand only if they have a monogram/logos bag series.. no offend..), you can still see some logos in the movie, and most importantly, learn about designers and the desingers' style, fashion is not just about logos, if you seek to be a real fashion lover. not neglecting the wedding gowns carrie wore when she was being shoot for Vogue, they are Christian Lacroix, Christian Dior Haute Couture, Vera Wang, Lanvin, Oscar de Renta and so on... i can tell you, those are dresses to die for!! ok.. i got some pictures online, introducing...

have not been updating ma blog for quite some time, coz i have nothing to blog about, i will say i have no life recently... this post serves no purpose except to blahhh about my tasteless life. i guess what filled my mates' blogs, shoutouts and msn display message lately is ASSIGNMENTSSSSS.. i'm not a hardworking student, but yeah, i have no choice, i gotta do assignments.. for the coursework marks.. i'm not desparate to get high marks or even an A, i dont bother.. but it bothers to kill me.. i have to admit, i'm dying for it.. i'm actually in the middle of researching for my assignment (i have many more), tomorrow is the deadline, and i dont even have 1 word yet.. anyway, if i will need to be sleepless tonight, i will, i'm fighting for the coursework marks, i'm seriously looking down on myself, sooooooo kiasu.. humph! stupid ass.. hollerback!

My gang and me are heading to Cineleisure Damansara on the 19th to get the tix, and hell yeah ppl... by chance, i had some online conversation with one of the MTV Vjs, and guess what she told me? she told me to go for the VJ on duty that day, which is Taya, to tell them i'm her mate!! and she will tell her to give me tix.. but of coz i will need to go on stage and win them la!! so super high now!!! i dont know whether she will forget to do so, but i will definately make myself on stage and win the tix!!! bless me!!

If you are a addicted to fashion like me, i'm sure you know something about Hermes. Hermes is famous with its super high end leather goods namely Birkin Bag which is named after Jane Birkin and Kelly Bag which is named after Grace Kelly.

I discovered something funny in Hermes' website which i must share here. Besides getting you to know about their new products, Hermes now allows users to download a model of a Kelly Bag, print it out and make you own Kelly Bag!! Isn't it funny? you can even design you own's! haha.. i have tried it. It's amazing that you are carrying a Kelly Bag in you hands, even though it is made by paper! But it is really amazing for me who cant afford a Kelly Bag which costs RM**,000++! haha. Furthermore, you will need to wait for years to get the Kelly Bag ordered in your hands, so as celebrities. You will never see ready stock for a Kelly Bag. But people!! just spend some time for printing, cutting and pasting, you get a fake one to play with!! try it! try it!!

My Personal Review - Facial Cleansing products

If you ask me, what is the most important step in a skin care process? Cleansing, I will say, because it prepares your skin for the upcoming treatment, it facilitate the absorbent of nutrition from your skin care product. Therefore, it is very important for you to get a suitable cleanser for your skin. I need to emphasize that in skin care products, expensive is totally unequal to quality. Especially when you have sensitive skin like me, you need to choose your cleanser carefully. It is recommended that you go and get some sample products to try on. I just bought a new cleanser, as the cleanser that I used to have is finished. I changed to another type of cleanser, but it does not mean that the one that I used to have is not good, but I believe that once my skin is used to the same ingredients, it does not work as great as the beginning anymore. In the case that you have really sensitive skin, and changing a skin care product might get your skin into trouble, I would advice you to stick to your previous product, safety first:-p. well, when I’m looking at my new bought cleanser, I decided to have a personal review on all different types of cleanser I have ever tried, and also what I’m having. I might miss out some products, as I couldn’t remember them all, but I have tried my best to recall. For your information, I have combination skin type, oily on the surface, inside is dry. I used to have so many pimples when I was 15-17. The following is the list of cleansing products I used in different period, and now. I try to put them in order, hope that I didn’t get it wrong!

Clean & Clear
If I’m not mistaken, this is the very first cleansing product that I used, once I start noticing my skin becomes oily, and pimples start appearing. I don’t find this really works on my pimples as it says, but it removes oil and dirt effectively.

Yves Rocher exfoliating gel
I don’t think this is still in the market, as I can’t find it in their outlet anymore. For your information, I didn’t get it in their outlet, I got it from my friend, and she is direct selling Yves Rocher products. What I knew about this brand is just natural and no animal testing, but it doesn’t matter for me, because I always believe in chemical products, even now! Haha. I’m sorry but I really forgot what was my feeling when I was using this, but what I can remember is, I learned something new from the gel, exfoliating is not helpful when you have pimples, it gets your pimples worse.

Hazeline
I was told that Hazeline is very very very good! Aunties said they have been using this since they were 18, but obviously, it is too moisturizing for me at that time. I will say it wasn’t suitable for me.

Olay
Another too moisturizing product for me also, I was using this when my skin was seriously covered by pimples. So I stopped using this in 3 days.

Pond’s
I was attracted by the word whitening; I’m so desperate to be fair! As I said, I had a lot of pimple at that time, so it doesn’t work for me, I couldn’t help but to stop using it.

Dr. Rimpler by Isabelle Lancray
Here comes the product that saved me from pimples! It was the worst period, everyone I met will come to me and ask me what my problem was, and why were there such many pimples on my face. Finally, I decided to seek help from professional beautician, she helped me in facial treatment, and she recommended me with this product. Dr. Rimpler is strong enough in controlling pimples, but it is not suitable for prolong usage, as I mentioned, it is too strong. Therefore, I stopped using it when my pimples problem gets better.

Dr.Seager

This is good in peeling, but not suitable for prolong usage, it gets you skin thinner.

Mira B’lia
Hope that I didn’t spell it wrongly; this is recommended by my beautician too, it’s gentler, yet good in controlling oil and blemishes. I kept using it up until I found no more pimples problem.

L’Oreal white perfect
I get immediate whitening result in the beginning, but the result didn’t stay long. It is strong in oil controlling, until I found my skin very tight after using it. But I stay using this cleansing foam for the longest period than other products.

Za true white

The result I got from Za was about the same with what I got from L’Oreal, the tightening problem is still there.

L’Oreal Gentle cleansing milk
This was my first make-up remover, but I didn’t finish it, because I couldn’t stand the scent, I can’t explain how it smells, but it’s weird. It gently remove light make up, suitable for daily use.

Clinique take the day off cleansing balm
This is quite good in removing face make up, but not strong enough in removing water proof eye make up, it takes quite long to totally remove my water proof mascara, and sometimes it goes into my eyes.

SK-II facial treatment cleanser I will say this is the best cleanser ever; it stays with me for about one and a half year. It removes oil and dirt yet leaves moisture. But it smells a lil weird..

Skincology
For your information, this is a brand from Niu Er, an expert in skin care and beauty in Taiwan, I tried quite a lot of products from him, the result is quite ok, and at least it doesn’t get my skin into problems. This is actually playing a role of peeling, use it daily to gently remove dead cells on the surface of your skin.

Shu Uemura Skin PurifierThis is the make up remover that I’m currently using. As compared to Clinique take the day off, this is more effective in removing my water proof mascara. And you can use it as a daily cleanser.

Chanel Precision White EssentielThis is in replace of my SK-II, I just bought it, and I can’t tell you much about it, because I need some time to really find out how it works. Up until now, what I can tell you is it’s whitening and hydrating. Hope it works well!

These are what i can recall, the review is all based on my personal experience, might not be applicable on you, you must find out what is the most suitable cleanser for you by trying it, it is recomended that you get a skin care expertise to help you, or you may do some research by your own.

"Glamorous" Charity Night

I have been to a charity night few days ago, i think it was quite a big one, as there were a lot of performers and a lot of local celebs appeared during the charity night. As i mentioned, it was a charity night, and what i saw was, our lovely local celebs, models, actors and so on, all coming in with their glamorous branded fashion items, namely Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Coach. Personally, i'm quite dissapointed with their action, this is a charity night where u raise fund and help disasters victims, but it turns out the be a chance for less appear celebrities to show off their branded items, all with big logos on top. i cant tell what's wrong with carrying brand names in a charity activity, i just feel it was so wrong. can i say they are insulting the activity and themselves. they show how rich they are by carrying their LV and Gucci, but i dont see they donate much, unless there are media around, they will "kindly" take out sheet(s) of RM50 notes, so that they can try to get their face appear on the paper. i'm sick with their attitudes. Not to mention about the charity issues, let's stress on their sense of fashion, what they know is only brand logos on top of their bags, what they can see is only the logo, they are not even fashionable, and they call themselves "models", "celebs".. there were overseas artists around the charity night also, but they are not that eager to show off the logos they have with them, at least i dont see any. i seriously feel ashamed of those so called local celebs.

There is an old friend of mine, who grabbed most of my attention lately, i have no contact with this person, just that i happened to drop by the personal profile, seems this person have been complaining so much about life, people, and things happened around. i dont meant to offend this person, i'm just sharing my personal opinion, a different view point about life probably. basically, i dont mind people complaining about life, as obstacles always appear in life, experiences are what built us today. so what's my purpose of posting this entry? what i want to say is that, dont be too pessimistic about life, it will drive you crazy, i do face obstacles in my everyday life, i do pissed off, i do f*ck when things get hard (this sounds a lil wrong, but i dont care), but at the end, i need to deal with it, deal with it or die for it, that's all obstacles mean to me. let's go back to this old friend of mine, this person has got family problems, relationship problems, and all the normal problems that we might face in our everyday life, endless problems occurred, i do feel sorry for it, but i cant do anything, i mean i'm not that helpful to interfere people's personal problems, you might not want people to even know about that, but you blog it indeed.. i dont know what's the purpose, if you ask me, it means to complain to everyone in the world i will say.. dont tell me that i'm wrong, i might be wrong on your perception, but i might be correct on others' perception, instead, you can say "for me, you are wrong.", at least it does not sounds too stubborn.. it's optional. ok, why do you think your problems ruin you life? allow me to share my opinion on it, do you think you are self-limited to what people said? you set yourself a box, and you stand inside the box, a box which is the same with what everyone is having? you cant figure out why is these happened to you but not others, but i urge you that, others have problems that you dont have too, dont think that everything is unfair to you, dare to dream, dare to achieve your dream, and overcome obstacles, even if it is not easy, dont think that i write this for nothing, i'm a human-being, just the same with you, by writing this, i'm consulting myself as well. that's what i'm thinking now, i dont know what will change my mind later on, i might be as pessimistic as what you are now, seriously, i'm not always ready for obstacles, i do hope that i will not come into my life, but what to do? it comes all the time, what i'm hoping is everything will get ok, and i will not be destroyed by it. please comfort me when i'm collapse, even if it might not be very useful. till then.

My life after internship

hmm.. you might be wondering, what do i do after my internship? i admit that my life turns out to be a lil bit un-motivated, i mean if you used to have something to do and you have motivation in you everyday life, but your motivation is gone now, what are you going to do? on certain extent, i'm happy coz i dont need to wake up early in the morning and get myself busy all the time, i get to go back to hometown and stay some time with my family which i wanted it sooooooo bad, and i dont need to face tension in my everyday life, at least now, i'm not good in dealing with tension, and i'm sure you are the same! but what to do? you cant help, you have chosen to be here in this tension filled city, you cant help, at all. i'm glad that i didnt go suicide, i'm tough enough! hehe... let's get back to my life after internship. this is the second day since i finished up my internship, i spent these 2 days all in shopping centres, gonna show you some pics about what i've bought. well on the first day, i went to sunway pyramid and the curve after that, in order to congrate myself for finishing my internship, i went to have a quite nice dinner with my friend, who were in the same company with me, we went to t.g.i friday and had something nice as well as relax ourselves, and after that, we headed to cold storage where i got soooo many oat meal thingie.. for my parents. when it comes to the second day, of coz! my favourite bukit bintang! pavilion and sg. wang, i went to the marketplace in pavilion as well, nothing special, still my favorite oat meal thingie for my parents and myself. and here comes my highlighted part, as a special gift, i bought myself a giorgio armani lipstick and a keihl's lip balm (recommended by celebs). ohh.. i'm satisfied.. there goes my internship allowance, haha, who bothers to give a f*ck?! hehe....

can you believe? all these are belong to 2 gals after 2 days shopping.. terrible.

The end of my internship

Yesterday was my last day in essence communications, the feeling is complicated, I don’t want to leave the people, because they are all good to me, but the life is really hectic and made me headache. I never want to cry, I told myself, I need to be tough and crying mess things up, but I couldn’t control, haiz… I never want to show people that I’m weak. Finally I need to leave the place, I wanted to finish my internship so much, but I never want to leave my colleagues, they taught me so much, I gain knowledge and confident through my internship, from my colleagues. They are so sweet; they gave me a farewell gift, which touched me so much… these are some pictures taken during the last day of my internship, missed out some of my colleagues.. will take picture with them in the future! i believe that we can work together again one day..

Sense of accomplishment

In the past 3 months, i was not only doing my freaky internship actually, i'm proud to announce that, for my very first time, i have translated a book!! 340 pages yoga book..!! and i have completed it! Dont you think that i'm bravo? anyway, i think i am! what i mean is, i had no life in the past 3 months. can you imagine? i have drama series in my lappie (which i hvnt really watch 1 episode up untill now), i have housemates telling me how great are the drama series, and i have non-stop events going on (including pre-event works, which get me stay back in the office all the time), i have internship and yet, i do my translation almost every night when i was home, unless it is too late till i dont even bother about doing anything besides sleeping.. but i have completed it anyway, (in fact, it has not been revised yet, pheeew~, and i submitted it far later than the deadline given.. i'm late!!) i feel super free now, unless the client come back to me with "clarine, your translation is sucks, please change it (all)." hehe.. what am i going to do now? wow! i have no idea, i'm just gonna hang out all night with friends, watching drama from am to pm, sunrise to sunset.. and i dont know!!!!! i'm so excited, i couldnt express it by bloody words and sentences!! i... i ... i.. pheew~ till then..

have not been updating by blog for centuries i think... what am i doing lately? nothing much, nothing new... Finally I am Back..

Hey you. I’m Back!!! Where I have been since my last post? I actually started my internship and I’m damn busy, I don’t even have time to blog. Let me tell you my schedule, I wake up at around 6am everyday, I start working at 8.30am actually, but as you saw, it takes so long for me to get to my office from my house. Setapak to Damansara.. such a long way.. really tiring. What am I doing in the office, media monitoring, translating, participating in events, and the list goes on. My working time supposed to be 8.30am- 5.30pm, but haiz.. they like to give people work before we go off, so we end up staying back lo… 3 months.. just 3 months, it’s gonna over, and I wil get used to it. Beside get back late all the time, I actually quite enjoy being a PR intern, that’s what I like to do, I mean now. Hmm.. my company is actually quite top I think, everyone in the office is so top, so professional, so PR. Stressed.. today is Sunday, and I’m gonna return to the office an start a new week, I’m counting down everyday. till then..

Chinese New Year Celebrations

Hey all, how did you celebrate your chinese new year? must be with family and friends right? same goes to me. The happiest thing in CNY must be getting a lot of ang paus right? tell you about my new year eve, i had no plan in new year eve... online at home after the reunion dinner. but i it had been freaky and fantastic on the first day of chinese new year.. i was so busy.. i went to relatives' house in the morning, went to the temple in the afternoon with my mom, went to Dato's house following my parents, went for my neighbour's chinese new year open house and finally, meet up my old friends and new friends, and went to Ipoh for a hot and freaky celebration all night long.. continously 2 pubs in ipoh, "gila party-ing", this is the only words i can use to describe my first day of chinese new year. i can only reach home at 6am in the morning... woohoo... my day was full of fun man!!!

That's all for the first day, what about the second day? i told you that i came back at 6am during the first day of CNY, i ended up woke up at 2pm on the second day of CNY, so the day is kinda boring in the afternoon, when it comes to night.. this is the time my day started, i met my friends again, and we have been chatting for so long at my home, after that? of course!!!!! my manjong!!! 东，南，西，北，中，发，白.. i miss all of you sooooooo much!!! muakz muakzzz....

busy with shut down mood today..

hooo.. finally i settle down and write something here, today is such a busy day.. with down mood ler.. got scolded by a HR manager from L*** Publisher by telling him that i cant make it to have my internship in their company.. for your information, they have accepted me and sent offer letter to my lecturer. but in the end my lecturer said that another company is more suitable, then i was forced to reject the publisher, end up scolded by him. this is not all about the story, there are many more hidden stories, and you will see how innocent i am in this case after getting to know about the hidden stories.. cant tell you here, as it involves an influencial person, if you ask me personally i will explain to you.. finish about sad matters, let's move on to the busy part today.

finally i clean up my room!! i've been scolded by my mom for not cleaning up my room, as chinese new year is around the corner, my mom's policy is everything must be clean, remove and throw away all the unused things.. i think not only my mom, everyone's mom has the same policy during chinese new year right?? hehe.. i should have taken picture before and after my room is being cleaned up.. but so bad i forgot, i have only pictures taken on-process and after cleaning up... i have huge sense of achievement man!! hehe

the rubbish, some are old clothes, the old clothes will be sent to people who need them, and the rubbish, of cause their next destination will be garbage truck lo..

busy day is not end yet!! after cleaning up, i went to my aunties' house to deliver some new year gifts, cookies and all that, 2 houses i went just now, my relative's and my god-mother's house.. met the trio cuties at god-mother's house, kids grow up so quickly, they are so much taller than before, of cause la, they eat mah hor?? hehe. when i come back to hometown this time, i realize that many things have misteriously grown up, the trio, my cousin, and wei wei the doggie.. the list is still going on, i will find out more during chinese new year.. till then..

hi, for those who are waiting for the result of my interview, hmm.. I Got It! and also jessy, she got it as well, will be start working on 18th of Feb. The location of the company is kinda far from the place i stay, i stay in Setapak, but i've got to travel to Phileo Damansara every working day. the plan goes like this: -

I think you are confused by just looking at the plan up there, and hell yeah! jessy and me are DOING it everyday! haiz.. this is our working life in the future, i'll try to get used to it as soon as possible. i will try my best.

Did i feel happy after i got to know that i am hired? to certain extend, yes i am. but i start feeling stressed now, as it is a kinda top PR firm which deals with big companies like DHL, Lexus Malaysia and so on. haiz.. god bless me.

That's all for updates about my internship. I feel so setback now. just now only i get to know that the phone line at my area is settled, up untill yesterday, it is still so dumb. i should be very happy about that because i dont have to go to CC anymore, but the happiness fade away in a very short while, when me dad called me upstairs and have a look at my new repaired desktop, (my desktop kena thunder and the modem was out of function), what i saw were everything is in mini size, i mean everything in my desktop, every single word, every singel alphebet is in smaller size compared to last time, not smaller i think, i think it's very small, very difficult to read.. set back never stop, i found out that 2 of the hard disks are gone... i used to have 3 hard disks in my computer, now left 1, i think the 1 left is furthermore the 1 that used to have problem, how sad is it?? everything in my desktop is so messy, what happened to my pity desktop?? does the technician steal my hard disks?? will this happen?? is it possible?? before my desktop was sent for repair, i am sure that there is no problem with my hard disk, if 2 of my hard disks are dumb, can i still switch on the computer? no right?? then what happened?? the problem is just about the modem, now it affects the whole functioning of the system? what can i do? this is my 2nd desktop, it used to be so advanced, and i dont know how to describe its situation now, i feel that i went back using my 1st desktop, the same problems occurred, (for your information, the left hard disk now is suspected to be the hard disk that is used to be in my first computer and finally being moved to the new computer.). even if i seldom use the desktop at home, normally is my dad who are the most often using the desktop, and he seems dont really care about the changes of my desktop, but i do care... i paid for it and it is still under warranty, i will discuss with my dad tomorrow! i must find a solution! f*ck the bastard who get my desktop sicked. sobz.. only my laptop is by my side and understand my need.. Lappie, luckily i still have you.. or i will really collapse..

Why am i facing so many problems 2day?? i was baking new year cookies with my aunties and cousin for more than 7 hours today, i am so tired and my soul and body are separated now, haiz.. but i didnt complain of anyone, i willing to do it, volunteer.

I'm going to interview for my internship 2molo.. haiz.. my first time interview for a job, kinda nervous, dunno what are their expectation on trainee.. haiz. do you have any experience on it? if you do, please tell me k? but i think it's too late now. hehe. but i will try to do my best, i really need that job, i dont mind if it is far away from my house, dont mind if it will be very stressful to work in a PR firm, coz this is good for my future, it's better if bitter comes before sweetness right? i believe it is so.. went shopping again in midvalley just nw, share some pictures here.

I was trying to put this coat on as it captured my attention, but i fell in love with it once i put it on, like it so much. hehe. but didnt buy coz it's damn thick, not suitable to be worn in malaysia.. the coat is from Zara.

Got another nice top in white, again from Club Monaco, like it so much.. suitable for both leisure time and formal time. every part of the top is so detailed.

wish me good luck for my interview tomorrow, and i'm going bec to hometown right after the interview, happy, wish that the fixed phone line in my area is settled, so that i can keep updating my blog here.
